    Re: Scandal

I think the favor that was asked was that the group of powerful Johns help to quash the matter and force the prosecuter to withdraw the subpoena for the list. They did, so the list remains a secret.

The reporter who was at the hospital showing up at the end & smelling a scandalous story concerning the intern is where the story will go from here. I do sense some chemistry between the new hire (Quinn?) and the reporter.

Anyway folks, you may recall my rant up-thread about the misrepresentation of a Marine valor award recipient, but since I don't have any affinity for call girls and madams ... I now tell you I could really like this show. I am not sure I like the storyline yet about Olivia and the president.

Also ... are we sure the first Lady knows about the affair between the President and Olivia? And does she know about the Intern?

This is another one though, that like Smash, seems to go by too fast.

lol...regardless as to whether they mention it or not or even give an outward sign...THE WIFE ALWAYS KNOWS...now as to whether she wants to admit it to herself is another matter a lot of women choose to just stick their hand in the sand and pretend it doesn't exist

He also said Missing was on that same bubble. I try not to get too attached to shows anymore, it seems if I like they are doomed

Another great episode. Very sad to think this show could be on the bubble. ABC gave it the PRIMO spot airing right after Grey's Anatomy. Heck, ABC even moved Private Practice to Tuesday just to accommodate Scandal. The show is interesting, complex, fast-paced with extremely quick/witty dialog (something I thought only Aaron Sorkin could convincingly write but I'm seeing how wrong I was about that).

Personally I find these humane mouse traps rather ineffective. Better to lay down some glue and when you hear the critter scream you take a shovel to his head.
