I like Idris Elba, so I guess I'm glad about this one.

ETA: Rattus - ITA about Madonna. She's so full of herself. I did enjoy Elton John having to sit there and listen to her speech though Honestly, very few of the nominated songs for this or for the Oscars are very good.
I was thinking the same thing--those were the best songs appearing in any movie for the whole year? How very sad.

I'm growing bored of all the pretty dresses and carefully made-up women (and men). It makes me miss Cher. Is Helena Bonham Carter there, at least?

Man, I wish she'd turned to Seth Rogen and said, "Well, you must be doing a fantastic job, because I can't see a thing."

I can't believe what Seth Rogan just said! There's kids in the audience.

Kate Beckinsale and Seth Rogan? She looks horrified and embarrassed, appropriately.

Wow, Jodie Foster's sons look exactly like her!

Michelle Williams! Love her. I can't wait to see that movie when it finally comes to my city! This win will, hopefully, help that happen sooner!

I haven't seen the movie, and won't be in the future, but I'm glad that Michelle Williams won if only because I used to have arguments with Dawson's Creek watchers over who was the better actress, Michelle or Mrs. Cruise (can't recall her name at the moment). I knew I was right, and I feel vindicated.

And they're all the same freaking, boring neutral colors. Michelle's is a little blue under the black, but c'mon....there are thousands of colors from which to choose. Stop picking the same three or four.

They're not going to have anything to talk about on Fashion Police. Nothing's outrageously good or bad--it's just, well, there.
