    Re: Grimm - NBC, Fridays

I actually liked this week's episode because it seemed like we finally got a little more than than just the story of the week. Like, who is watching the house and why? Will they mistake the girlfriend for being the Grimm? Also, Wolfie is finally getting some kickback from the FairyTale folk for teaming up with the guy who should be their mortal enemy. It also looks like that might actually make them even closer and more of a team - which is definitely a good thing IMO

I'm finally caught up (had the episodes PVR'd) and I really enjoy this show. I thought this week's episode was great!

I wish they'd call these monsters what they are instead of these other names ... werewolf, rat person, bird people, etc.

Really like this show and love the werewolf guy.

I like that the show uses the German names!
(i.e.: die Geier = the vultures)
I just wish they weren't so sloppy with the pronunciations...

If they're gonna do that, then mix them up so that those of us who don't know what it means will understand too. I'm not against using German names, as long as they're intermixed so I can tell what they're talking about. Subtitles and short definitions would be a wonderful help for some of us there. There are some things I still don't know what they are ... the blond woman who was with the captain, for instance. She changed into something but I still don't know what.

This show is in danger of losing me as a viewer. There are too many times when I have to turn my head because it's just too gross and disturbing. Do they think shock-value is making people tune in? Maybe it is. It's making me want to tune out. I want interesting, and even some edginess, but not shock. It is interesting, so they still have me. But if they keep up with showing different ways of mutilation, I'm not sure if it can be interesting enough.

I love this show. The casting is great, and the stories keep me watching. I hope it does not get cancelled.

I am liking it too..its a much darker version of the everyday fairy tales...just wish we had more interaction between grimm and the wolf man...those two are way too funny...I usually watch it on Saturday's so I hope that counts cause I have to watch Supernatural and I don't get that channel on video on demand like I do with NBC

Original fairy tales were much darker. Disney lightened up a bunch of them in their retelling of them.
