    Re: Luther (BBC America)

When I heard about this show, my first thought was "ANOTHER crime drama?? I have seen it all, this couldn't be anything new." But I WAS WRONG!!! This show surprises me and I LOVE THAT! I watched the season 1 finale last night and I was on the edge of my seat and felt like my heart was racing! Since it left with somewhat of a cliff hanger, I may actually be desperate enough to plug may laptop into my TV if I find an online source for this show!!

If you read this and you have not checked out this show, WATCH IT NOW!

Idris won the Golden Globe! I'm so happy for him and for the show! Hopefully, this means more viewers! I can't wait to see what happens in season 3. I hope it includes more Alice. I'm always happy when that little sociopath turns up.

I binge-watched all three seasons in August. Such a great show. There's talk of a movie that would be a prequel to the first season. Anything that brings me more Luther.

Anything that gives me more Idris is a very good thing! I'd love to see a Luther movie. Heck, Idris could sit and read the phone book for 2 hours and I'd probably buy a ticket!

Super excited for the new season. I don't know why I haven't gone and watched it online already. What was I thinking!? I think I'll binge watch the first two season again before I start in with season 3.

I won't watch either Luther or Sherlock until they make it on air. I love them both so much I force myself to wait and build the anticipation. I think its a sickness

I love them too much to wait! I'll watch Sherlock again when it airs here, but as soon as the episodes are available online, I'll be watching. I've waited WAY too long for new episodes. I'm not waiting any longer than I have to!

I'm three episodes into season 1 and am remembering how very much I love Alice Morgan...and how very creepy Lucien Burgess is!

    Re: Luther (BBC America)

Yep, my raging crush on Idris Elba is still going strong! I binge watched the first two seasons and am now onto season 3. God, I love him. The scene in the finale of season 2 in the truck = WOW. He totally deserved that Emmy. Don't even get me started on the scene in season 1 when he finds Zoe.

I have to say, I was hoping we'd seen the last of DCI Gray last season. Obnoxious little do-gooder. I hope to see her get her comeuppance by the end of the season. I saw a preview the other day that said this was the final season. I really hope that's not true. I want more!

I wonder where Jenny is. I was enjoying the development of that relationship and seeing her open up and feel safe. I hope there's at least some reference to her so we know she's okay.

This first episode of season 3 made me really glad the space under my bed is packed with stuff. I knew there was someone under there as she was getting ready for bed, but that moment where he appears was still terrifying. Probably shouldn't have been watching that in the middle of the night!

ETA: Oh yeah and DCI Gray telling Ripley that she's better than Luther? Is she delusional? CANNOT WAIT to see her smacked down!
