It was in January, but sine they've started to expand the number of regular season games and the number of wild cards, it gets pushed back.

Ha, I thought so. I used to give my women's studies students the option of extra credit, doing a gender content analysis of the Superbowl ads which we then discussed in class--it was right at the start of the term so it got the point about WST having relations to real life off to a good start! Of course I never knew what the ads would be, but they never failed to include a good number of things worth discussing.

Interesting PWS. The GoDaddy ads should provide enough conversation on its own. They are the one's I can't stand in terms of how women are used so obviously for just their looks and have nothing to do with the actual product. And the women that go along with it always astounds me as well.

Women have always traded their youth for wealth and status. I remember this as a quote the adaption of James Clavell's Noble House (TV mini series) when describing when very young prostitutes in Hong Kong and their very rich, very ugly, old but wealthy clients.
