I completely forgot it was on last night.

I thought last night's show was boring, except for Christina Ricci's character. I like her attitude & her not being willing to just shut up & let it go.
Other than that, nothing else interested me in the least.
Their only saving grace is their time slot. TV already on & nothing else to watch.
Another week like this one & TV goes off & I read a book.

I believe Christina Ricci's eyes have always been like that. She's an unusual beauty but a beauty nonetheless.
Speaking of beauties, Colette was looking smashing last night. The straight bob suits her. I like the relationship she is forming with Dean.
Suddenly Laura is vanilla-blonde rather than strawberry-blonde. That was a bit jarring. I can't believe her mom brought Greg to France.
I'm glad we found out why Bridget disappeared. I still hope she can come back into the fold, though I don't know if that is realistic. And what was up with the husband talk from Gaspard? I think he's probably French intelligence and was trying to throw Dean off the scent.
That part threw me off too. I kept thinking that I had mis-remembered her hair color ....until they showed the magazine cover with her old hair color. Not sure why they thought the change was necessary. Did they imagine that viewers would confuse the two sisters? We're a bit more observant than that.

I liked the second episode. It's still not great, but it's good enough to keep me watching.

Guess they figured they needed a blonde with Bridget gone?

Maybe they have a blonde quota? With Bridget back and all.

Tonight's show was by far the best yet. I liked the storylines. The girls all showed individual personalities. Even the espionage story was good tonight. Christina Ricci's character's obsession with meeting Kennedy was cute & hysterical & had a satisfying payoff.
Unfortunately, I still don't remember any of the characters' names.
Tonight it went back on the "Like" list.

I didn't really get Maggie's love for JFK personally...seemed a bit much. They kept going on about him liking stewardesses -I thought it was going to get unseemly. And then all she got was a long distance wave.
Ted trying to kiss Laura with her sister right there and then telling her she was not like other girls. What other girls? Stewardesses? Or the foreign girls we've seen him take back to his hotel room?
Last week Bridget warned Kate about following orders so of course this week she contravenes them spectacularly. I kept waiting for the East German girl to turn out to be evil.
    Poor Colette.
    Still loving the show!

I'm enjoying the show as well but with the exception of Colette I can't remember any of the other stewardesses names. Interesting and heartbreaking story line with Colette and the Nazis. Am I the only one who can do without the spy element to this show? It just bogs it down, imo, and am wondering what purpose does it serve? Yes, this was the height of the Cold War but is this something that was plausible in its time? Stewardesses, even multi-lingual, highly educated ones. acting as couriers for intelligence agencies?

It apparently did happen (the courier thing).

    Ratings dropped again this week.

I actually found myself crying--no, sobbing-- for Colette.

The characters are starting to get some dimension to them...hopefully the ratings for people like me who watch the show online will be high enough to sustain the show and allow it to grow and develop into its potential.
