Cassie's father, John Blackwell is back. You know I am getting kinda sick of seeing Cassie is peril every week and lets not forget the other witches being stupid every week. Seriously, if they were all this dumb there is no way any are left. Please writers step up your game this series is not gelling together like Vampire Diaries did around episode 7 in season 1. Cantstopwatchin's comment about teenagers being stupid was absolutely right on. So, in that respect only, the series approaches the realm of possibility. Teenage is probably the most idiotic period of our lives and imagining teen witches with powers is beyond frightening. I've given up on Cassie ever experiencing a chance encounter with common sense, Fae is the stereotypical mean girl, and Adam is so lame and dorky it is hard to imagine him being the object of lust between two girls. Oh well, it is what it is and I'll probably still watch it just to see if the writing improves.

I've always found the actor playing Adam to be lacking in sparks with most of his on screen partners. To me, he's the least interesting of the show.
