I've been seeing a lot of commercials for a comedy called New Girl with Zooey Deschanel. I don't know if I will like it, but it looks cute so I will probably give it a shot.

It seems to me that USA, FX, TNT, & SyFy have the most interesting shows regardless of the season.

I am excited for Dallas and am very interested in Pan Am. Other than that, I really don't see much more for me

I agree, razorbacker, and I'll throw in AMC, too.

Here's a link to the latest schedule I've found for fall. Fall TV schedule for start of 2011-2012 season | TVGuide.com

The new shows I play to try, in support of scripted shows, are:

Definite: Person of Interest, Terra Nova, Once Upon a Time, Revenge

Probable: Grimm, Hart of Dixie, Last Man Standing, Man Up, New Girl, Unforgettable, How To Be A Gentleman,

Maybe: Pan Am, Playboy Club, Up All Night, Free Agents, A Gifted Man,

There are also a couple of winter replacements I'm looking forward to, especially Alcatraz with Jorge Garcia.

Sign me up for Terra Nova, Once Upon a Time and Grimm as must sees and hope they don't disappoint and the rest are a toss up. Like many others I would rather wait for some real gems on the cable networks then waste my time with the networks.

I know it's not a NEW show, but the one I am most looking forward to is the return of Boardwalk Empire! Sorry for going OT in this thread.

I'm most looking forward to Ringers - the extended preview looks amazing and I think the show can go in so many directions. I'm also keeping my fingers crossed for Terra Nova and Once Upon a Time. I just recently started seeing commercials for Revenge, so I might give that a go. I feel like so many of my previous shows are gone, so I need some good replacements. Here's hoping this fall season is better than 2010!

I'm looking forward to Grimm and Once Upon A Time too. They both definitely look unique, and depending upon how they're done, both have the potential to be either most excellent, or really bad. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for excellent!

Grimm and Once Upon A Time both look interesting but I fear they are the type of show that doesn't get much of a chance on network television. I hate to get invested and then have the show cancelled on me.

Shades of Invasion and Surface, one season scifi wonders. Still the networks have realized that people like quirky if it is done well. So good luck to both shows.
