Scott was just a regular guy until one bite changed his life forever.

Now he struggles to understand who he is and what he might become. Is he more wolf than human - or is it the other way around? Whichever it is, it's not going to be easy. Scott will try to control his urges, but mostly he's scared that it's his urges that could end up controlling him.

TEEN WOLF is the story of Scott as he tries to walk the line between what he wants and what he can't help from wanting. Will the bite end up being a gift? Or will it be a curse? And what will it all mean for his relationship with Allison - the girl he can't get enough of? Only time will tell if he should embrace his newfound powers, or if he should fear them.

I feel silly starting the thread for this since I am so not in this show's demographic but I was in the demographic when the movies came out . The lead actor reminds me of the actor who played on Kyle XY. Anyway, I stumbled across this on a lazy Saturday afternoon while flipping through the cable guide on the remote (I never watch MTV programming these days), and was hooked. I don't know if it was the boredom or the fact that most of my regular programming is over until the Fall, but it wasn't a bad way to spend a couple of hours watching the first two episodes back to back.

Anyone else watching? I think it's a decent summer show and since I can catch it On Demand, I can watch when I have time.

To me, it's a little more cheesy than most teen shows. I do think it's good summer fluff though! I'm not a huge fan of the lead actor though. He looks too "deer in headlights", but I'm hoping that will change.

I forgot to mention earlier that I like the best friend the most (Stiles). He's a pretty awesome character and provides good comic relief.

It has potential. After all the first 6 episodes of The Vampire Diaries totally sucked and this show is a step up although it is floundering around a bit in places.

June 20, 2011 - episode 4 - Magic Bullet

Thinking maybe the Alpha is Scott's missing father? Just an idea.

Scott is an idiot if he thinks telling the Argent's will save him. Got the impression they will kill anything. Was very surprised that the father, Chris, has some restraint his sister, Kate, looks as if she was behind or part of Dereck's 11 family members being burned to death in the house fire.

Most embarrassing moment, Alison showing the condom to her dad, aunt and Scott. That was good.

Why didn't Derek try to extract the bullet as soon as possible? Why leave it in? That made no sense.

I was thinking of not watching after last weeks ep but this week story has peeked my interest.

The show's gotten a lot of PR in the press---a lot reckoning back to the movie because of Michael J. Fox (whom the press loves, as do I), and that's helped give them a base point---even though this show is a very different take on the adolescence/werewolf theme.

Since Jackson is adopted I wonder if the identity of his birth parents will mean anything. Plus the vet sure acted nonchalant over the video surveillance pictures, especially when he was shown the frame of the beast walking upright. If he's not the Alpha then he definitely knows something at the very least. I'm not really interested in the Scott/Ally romance. And I could do without the sister wolf slayer, she is totally unlikable.

The romance bores me completely! I adore Stiles though. I was cracking up with the parent-teacher interview that his dad (the Sherrif) attended with the coach.
