    Dallas (2012 TV series)

Oh my gosh, there is going to be a new Dallas.

I don't know about you all, but I LOVED the original Dallas.

It will be centered around John Ross the III and Christopher (played by Jesse Metcalf)

Not sure when it will start, but it will be on TNT

Well it's a night time soap, so I'm all for it. It'll be good to see the original cast members too.

I just checked the TNT website and they are not even showing it on their line up yet so I guess we will have to wait and see

I'm actually pretty excited for this! Hopefully it will be better and last longer than the Melrose Place remake!

Wow! I loved the old Dallas and am so glad they're utilizing so many of the original cast members. Here's the link to IMDb: Dallas (TV 2013) - IMDb which says it's a tv "movie" --- but I sure hope that's an error and it's a series!

O please NO. As much as I loved the original I would rather live with the memory and see the occassional rerun to laugh at the fashion and the over acting, as every remake so far of series from the 80s have not worked 90210, Melrose Place, V and Hawaii 50 just to name a few a TV one off movie, yep no problem, but not a new series it would be tarnised.
