    Re: Body of Proof

I'm really looking forward to the return, but I liked the original cast. I will give the new cast a chance, though.
I hope they don't go the old love/future love bit, having it change the story & Megan. I liked Megan's self reliance & independence, & tough attitude.
I hope they don't make her into a mooning over a man type.

Yeah, I had no problem with the other cast members, just the Bishop one. I hope the show maintains its original feel, focus and humor.

Start date has been pushed back two weeks. Dang! Just when you think you're getting close to being able to see the show again . . . .

Thanks for posting the article. I agree with their reasoning behind postponing the season premiere. Atleast, they are willing to give it a fighting chance against all the new show starting in February.

I'll be watching the premier, but I have huge reservations.
From what I've seen & read, they're trying to skew to a younger demographic by changing to pretty people & sexual tension. Gimmicks.

I liked this show because the characters were good & the stories were good.
If I want to watch interchangable pretty people & sexual situations, with lack of storytelling or character attachment, I'll watch The CW.

I'm willing to give it a chance, partly because I liked it so much in the past and partly because they've added HENRY IAN CUSICK to the cast (snatching him from Scandal).

After NCIS, it's pretty much the only thing I watch on a Tuesday night.

So am I, and for the same reasons. I'll hope for the best.

    Re: Body of Proof

I am always amazed at how many people know the names of these obscure actors. I guess I'm just watching and enjoying the story, so I don't really care who the actual people are....just how they do their jobs. Heck, I'm doing well if I even know/recognize the characters' names!

I am looking forwarad to the return of the show.

    Re: Body of Proof

If by "obscure", you mean Henry Ian Cusick . . . well, I can't really argue your point. He is not well known, but he is a personal favorite of mine. He's a bit like Robert Carlyle (Mr. Gold & Rumpelstiltskin on Once Upon A Time). Neither are handsome in the traditional sense, but they are both very appealing in their own special way.
