Did anyone else see "The Lost Valentine" last night on Hallmark? It starred Betty White is a very dramatic role. I, and my husband, were both in tears at the end. She did an amazing job.
She really has so much more than just the comedy.
This was a very touching movie.
I DVR'd it and am very much looking forward to watching it.
I'll have to catch it later. I love some of the Hallmark movies, especially, there holiday films.
I didn't see it although I wanted to, and I forgot to record it, but I'm sure it will be shown again and/ available for rent. Unfortunately, it conflicted with Downton Abbey, which none of my family will miss.
I saw it and thought Betty White was wonderful!!! I was crying pretty hard at the end and meant to warn my mom that it was a tear-jerker. I forgot, but knew that she watched it when she called me in tears! I love Jennifer Love Hewitt too (ever since her Party of Five days")!
I liked it, but didn't expect to cry as hard as I did at the end. I put the blame firmly on Betty White's shoulders...who would have thought she could make me cry like that! For me it was a great movie with the Betty/Caroline story and only meh with the kids, but I guess they had to be there for us to hear the WWII one.
I watched it and even my husband enjoyed it although he didn't sob at the end like I did. I too have enjoyed Jennifer Love Hewitt since her Party of Five days. What I also enjoyed as well was watching the classic commercials that they aired from 30, 40, and even 50 years ago. They were just precious.
I enjoyed it. It was a nice, teary, movie. I'm looking forward to their next one Beyond the Classroom (I think that's what it's called). It'll be a mini Everwood reunion!

Here's another Hallmark movie that I loved so much I purchased the DVD. It's called Candles on Bay Street. It featured Alicia Silverstone. It was such a wonderful story of love, friendship and community. You can purchase on-line or at a Hallmark store.
