I don't hate him I just find him boring he doesn't even seem to be enjoying it very much himself, doesn't' t hardly seems to show any real emotion, might as well be watching a machine...ho hum.

That's it in a nutshell for me as well -- some champions are just more entertaining and compelling to watch than others. Chu didn't invent this strategy so it's not like what he's doing is historic. And he shows less emotion and enthusiasm than WATSON. I'm not having much fun watching him win, so I'm ready for a new champ.

Unfortunately, we'll have to wait at least one more week. He wins and becomes a 9-time champion!

Next week is the 90s week for the Decades Tournament.

It's only 5:00pm here so I will watch at 7:00pm. I am not a real regular watcher of the show (it comes on at my msnbc time), but I'm dying to see what has so many people's panties in a bind. :>)

The other player (Semret?) almost had him tonight. He (Chu) seemed to falter a lot. Sigh.

At least Arthur's nice enough to let others win big, too. He wagered to tie tonight. Had Semret bet it all, he and Arthur would have both won and come back together next game. So Arthur's not a monster afterall.

Never said he was a monster. And his mannerisms don't bother me. But I do hate the jumping around so I'd be glad to have that done.

    Re: Jeopardy!

I respect his strategy. Wish I'd have known/done that when I was a contestant.
But how did he make it through auditions? He's wooden and boring.
Personality? Likeability? Interest in anything but himself?
    Ho-freakin'-hum...
    Yawn.

Hey, he has a wife, so there must be something there. Maybe when he isn't in the "zone" he seems more human.

We get a break from Chu next week when they play the throw-back game featuring the '90s.
