    Re: Jeopardy!

Well, there's a difference between being a good player and being a successfully risky player.

Jim got lucky today, so he won.

Oh well. Next time we'll see Jim will be in the ToC, which he probably won't win anyway. Unless he continues being risky-lucky.

Next week we'll see if the Force continues being strong with Anakin.

The Force wasn't with Anakin today. He's done, after three wins.

Paul Curcio is the new champ.

    Re: Jeopardy!

Mike Lewis finished the week by winning his second game. His first game FJ wager wasn't too good, but I guess today's was better. I can't remember exactly how it went down. He'll be back.

    Re: Jeopardy!

Mike won again. All three times he was leading heading into FJ. Day 1, he didn't wager to cover, which wasn't wise. Day 2, he wagered to tie, and today, he wagered to cover. Good for him.

I have several eps on my DVR I need to catch up on, between the holiday and Mets games...

stupid question: do they tell them which subjects to study or how do they prepare?

    Re: Jeopardy!

You have to be ready for anything really. The first stage of auditioning for the show is taking their written/online test. Your brains have to meet their height line in order to move on to the other phases.

Contestants don't know what categories they are going to get until they are revealed on the show.
