I just hope this show makes it because the characters are believable. I connect with the gambler/smits character.
Thanks, Mrs. Hein--In this case I'm probably just calling my hearing and taping problems though! I'm sure young people would hear them fine.
Looks like you have a few fun Saturdays left to enjoy Jimmy and then that's it.

Lone Star and My Generation are both toast.

Ah! I haven't watched those, so not familiar with them.

I'm wondering about The Whole Truth. I "really" like the premise of this show, and hope it makes it.

You might want to visit the Fall schedule thread...it's got a lot of info about different shows. I don't know if about that one, but many.

Just add it to the list of shows I like that die... Mercy, Trauma etc. I even liked My Generation for the grand total of two episodes it was on. I think Good Guys can be spit-milk-out-of-your-nose-funny on occasion too. But then what then what do I know? I've got one kid in college and sometimes my only real conversation for days is with my six year old so YMMV.

For Mrs. Hein and the other few remaining fans out there...my paper lists Outlaw as being on TONIGHT (Sat.) at 8. Since it used to be on Fridays at 10 I think it may really be on--not just some typesetting error. And apparently a new episode, so maybe they are going to burn off the last few episodes.

It is indeed on tonight. They are "burning" off the rest of the episodes on Saturday nights (I think 4 or 5). Once the already-made ones are done, that will be it for the series.

I didn't care for Outlaw, but I do agree that the Good Guys is funny and highly entertaining.
