Has this been picked up for Fall? I sure hope so. I've come to really look forward to this show.
While still a comedy & having some crazy situations, their relationship seems to come across as much more "real" than most sitcoms, with real reactions in dealing with the little things that irritate each other in real life.

Hey, did anyone else recognize "Larry" from the Newhart Show? I'm so pleased the Mike and Molly are engaged.

Is that where I recognized him from! The face and voice were sooooo familiar. Thanks! I was glad to see Mike propose last night. I don't catch the show often but kinda keep up with it. I just got lucky to see the engagement episode last night

Personally I find these humane mouse traps rather ineffective. Better to lay down some glue and when you hear the critter scream you take a shovel to his head.

Alright, this thread does not have too many posts but I just HAVE to post on last night's epic episode as it was quite possibly the most hilarious episode of a sitcom I have ever watched in my life, my husband and I were laughing so hard and so loud we had to rewind the entire thing and watch it again because of how many lines we missed when roaring..

I'm SO with you on that, Madison! I've never laughed so hard at anything on TV! I thought maybe it was just me needing to have a good laugh, so great to know I'm not the only one. Tears were streaming out of my eyes. I saved it on my DVR, too, so I could go back and catch some of the lines I missed (especially from Vince, who had one hilarious line after another!), and also to replay it when I'm feeling down. I don't know how the actors got through it without laughing hysterically. Bet they had to film the bathtub and dragging Vince to the couch scenes a few times. I'm cracking up just remembering it!

And yet another show that seems to able to make it past the dread marriage/commitment moment without collapsing. Now several shows seem to be able to do this..Bones, Castle, for example.

At least so far, the marriage hasn't really changed anything because they're still living together in the same environment with the same people, so the dynamic is basically the same. Awww, why did they have to break up Carl and Christina? Did she want off the show, or did the writers feel there's more they do with Carl if he doesn't have a steady girlfriend, I wonder. I love Nana! Her scenes are too few and far between for me. Mike's mother is hilarious, too. Everyone on this show is a gem playing really great characters.

but this show had a different dynamic right from the onset ---- it was about their relationship. It's like any other married couple sitcom, only from the beginning.
