Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.' - Isaac Asimov

Okay, now I want to marry Seal.

I love Seal, have for more years than I can remember.
I'm really not sure who will win, I just hope not too many awards go to Glee.

"That's Numberwang!"
I'm tuning it
I'm rooting for Friday Nights Lights to finally get the recognition it deserves and secretly hope that Conan wins - I'm dying to hear his acceptance speech.
Why in the name of the sweet baby Jesus is Kate Gosselin there?
Other than it's a great way to avoid spending time with her 8?

I think the Comedy award will probably go to Modern Family. Of all the Glee noms, I'd be seriously disappointed if Jane Lynch didn't win. She deserves it.
For best Drama awards, I think Mad Men will probably take it and I'd be happy with either Jon Hamm or Michael C. Hall. I think Julianna Marguiles will probably take Best Actress. I'd love to see Christina Hendricks take Supporting Actress. As if she couldn't be cooler, she's modeling scarves for her friend's etsy account. I love her. Almost makes me want to buy one of those scarves!
Amy Poehler and Will ArnettFunniest. Couple. Ever.
It's so hard for me to watch the pre-show on E! I can't stand Julianna and Ryan - they're so vapid. Love Ross, but the rest of them = meh.
Hugh Laurie *SIGH* I'll never forgive Fox for making him play House with an American accent.

She's a fame whore. She'd show up anywhere they'd point a camera at her. I wonder who's watching her little meal tickets tonight.Originally Posted by fluff;4051386;

I agree about Jane Lynch, love to see her win.
Kyra Sedgwick looks good but I'm over that messy hair look.
We've been watching old Black Adder reruns on BBC Canada. High Laurie was such a goof in those shows and in A Bit of Fry and Laurie for the most part![]()

Fallon, in his infinite wisdom, apparently will be involving her in a comedy piece. Why in the name of the sweet baby Jesus is Kate Gosselin there?
Bad call Jimmy. Even if it winds up being funny... its not worth the cost.
Commercial: Ick. This Jimmy Smitts show looks like SUCH total crap.

I knew it would come back to haunt everyone that laughed at his version of her Paparazzi dance.
Kyle Chandler looking gorgeous.
Julie Bowen looks nice, but her hair is now so bleached out it looks the same colour as her skin.
Don't like Sofia Vergara's dress, but from the chest up she looks great, as always.
Rita Wilson, poor dress choice. Is she heavily pregnant or did she just get a burlap sack bedazzled?
