Covert Affairs on USA

The show has been picked up for another season. That means every USA Network show is set for another year. Quite an unprecedented happening & certainly something you won't see on the 2 weeks & out network schedules.

I'm not surprised. They are doing things right on USA Network. They are making quality shows, with 'characters welcome' and then giving them the time to shine. They often start them in the summertime to see how they audience will like it. Burn Notice was gone for a whole year between the first and second season, now they have shows during the year. I don't watch all their shows, but the ones I do are generally the ones we watch first out of the choices on the DVR.

Anyway, I have something to report.

Remember the awful story that emerged last week from Penn State? Well, during Cover Affairs last week, the whole office had a casual meeting & Annie's boss (the good looking blonde), had on a button up sweater (unbuttoned) & underneath she had a Penn State Tshirt on. I just bet if they had a chance to reshoot that scene before the airdate they would have been all over it.

Love this show, just haven't watched the last episode so can't comment on that. Since it has been renewed, others must be watching also. I'm kind of glad Annie's sister is not on the show anymore (I hope, anyway). I guess they don't need her storyline since she now knows what Annie really does. Seems pointless to me.

I'm watching, but I'm way behind...I think I have 4 episodes on the DVR to catch up on. Hopefully this weekend :-)

Hurry and catch up! This season has been great! I'm still hopeful that Annie and Auggie will pair up.
