    The Gates

Did anyone watch this last night? Looks like someone took Twilight and threw it into a gated neighborhood. UGH!

Not past the first five minutes. The vampire genre, which I never liked anyways, is completely oversaturated. I will pass on this show.

I didn't watch, but I read a pretty scathing review of it. There's definitely a reason the networks hold some shows until summer.

I actually didn't mind it. Sure it's not intellectually stimulating or a Fall show, but as far as summer fluff goes this is perfectly fine for me. I like it even better on Sunday nights when traditionally there is VERY little on.

I kind of enjoyed it too. It wasn't a blockbuster by any means, but okay since there's nothing else on right now. That said, it may flop completely.

I know this show isn't getting a lot of love and that's okay, because it isn't a spectacular show by any means, but I have to say I am intrigued by it. I think it'll be interesting next week when some things seem to get revealed.

I also have to say while it may be a Twilight-esq show, I'm glad they don't sparkle!
