I hope so, too. That whole story line was a waste of time, just to break up Sarah and Mark (was this his name ... Jason Ritter's character?). Hank was barely likeable and brought out the worst in Sarah in terms of codependency and caretaking instead of having a mature relationship. Whatever happens to Sarah next season, I hope she learned something from this. I'm bordering on not loving her character so much because she is so self-sabotaging. I know that all the characters have their failings and flaws and that's what supposedly makes them interesting, but she really annoys me.

Awwww - no more Mark (Jason Ritter) on Parenthood

Jason's in a new comedy on Fox called Us and Them, set to premiere sometime in the fall.

The whole story line annoyed me as it reminded me of the Gilmore Girls story line of when she got engaged to her daughters teacher
I know the character is different but there are similarities and it annoys me.
Actually the whole character annoys me, I think I would like it better if she would be content being single for a while.
Maybe I am just over so many of the female characters on TV so desperate for long term relationships, husbands or babies, much prefer a character happy with themselves as single and content with the kids they already have.

fingers crossed that Jason Ritter shaves for his new show LOL I know it's a really small thing but I found his sparse beard/moustache distracting

Bummer--- I agree, it was so sparse I can't see how he or anyone he works with thought it made him look better.

    Awwww....darn it.

I'm happy for JR but am sad his Parenthood character's possible reunion with Sarah will never be.

Now we've got to put up with Hank. Yuck!

    Whatever.

Who's to say JR's new show will do well? It might not and he might end up back on Parenthood. Could happen

Personally I find these humane mouse traps rather ineffective. Better to lay down some glue and when you hear the critter scream you take a shovel to his head.

I was really hoping that the Sarah-Hank story was over! Hank would need to undergo a major personality overhaul to be in any way an attractive or interesting character on the show. Sarah can do without a boyfriend for a while. Everyone else is paired up. Can't they have one adult character who is single?

Wow ... I am going to be in trouble again.

I guess everybody doesn't love Raymond ... but I like Hank!

I really have always liked Lauren Graham even though I think the breadth of her acting talent may be a tad ... narrow?

But I think Ray Romano is fantastically talented.

I also like Jason Ritter ... and I am so glad that he is one of the gifts his Dad gave to the world.

I don't know which one is right for HER ... but let's see how it plays out.
