I watched it... but I won't watch it again. It didn't really appeal to me.

I love Billy Zane, and I'll watch a few more shows just because he's there, but they better improve the writing in a hurry or they won't keep me as a viewer. This show is just not that great.

Billy Zane is gorgeous, and all, but somebody needs to shoot this show in its head and put it out of its misery.

I don't generally care for legal shows (I usually zone out, or leave the room, when the L&O people head to court in the second half of the show), but I do like Billy Zane and Clancy Brown. However, this show won't be reversing my opinion of legal/courtroom dramas any time soon.

With the legacy of great well-written shows (IMO) such as Boston Legal and LA Law with their terrific ensemble casts, this type of show has a lot to live up to, and The Deep End doesn't even come close. Sorry, I can't imagine how this one even made it to the air. Too bad, Billy Zane is the only standout. He should have a better vehicle for his talent.

Aw, bummer! I am sorry. I've been watching the episodes online and have really gotten into it. What are they going to put in its place? Reruns of Lost?

Me either. I tried to give it a chance, but hated it. I'm not surprised, esp. when you have such good shows as "The Good Wife" on the air.

I was very sorry to hear it was cancelled, it was nice to have something a little lighter to watch. I felt the same way about Eli Stone - sometimes I just want happy endings and to smile when the good guys win.
