^ Brita did break off the top of the professor's award...she has some feelings for him, I'm sure.

The pilot wasn't great, but the actors seemed committed to it. The show's gotten better with each episode. Hubby wanted it added to TiVo due to Joel McHale, although we've mostly stopped watching The Soup (we miss Lou.)

Our favorite character on this one is "Abed" (sp?) He was great as Batman also. I didn't recognise him at first. Different voice, even. Good actor.

This is my favorite show on TV right now. Every episode has me laughing more than once. I can't remember the last time that was the case. Not much chatter about it though. I'm shocked it hasn't gained more viewers. I find it MUCH funnier than Modern Family and Cougar Town (both of which seem to be talked about endlessly). Oh well.

I really hope we haven't seen the last of Vaughn and his song writing. It's amazingly funny. The full version of Getting Rid of Britta gets played at least once a week here. I just love it. It's funny and catchy!

I DVRed the whole season and watched them all during my Christmas break. I love Joel McHale, but wasn't sure how he would transfer into a sitcom. Anyway, I'm glad I did it like that because I wasn't too sure if I liked it for the first few episodes. The characters needed to develop and by the middle of the season, I was really laughing. They found their "groove" and are really funny together now!
Vaughn was hilarious. And his nipples are ridiculously small!

I like the show fairly well. The actor who plays Abed is really good. It's nice to see Chevy Chase working.

P.S. Anyone know if there will be a season 2? Hubby's hoping so.

Think it's too early to know if it'll be renewed. But it's ratings have been not too bad so it probably has a good chance.

They have episodes scheduled through mid Feb so we'll get a few more before the Olympics.
