I'm laughing at the kangaroo. Not Spoilerish, but I'll follow suit since I'm commenting on the Spoiler Tag section...Click to see Spoiler:
I looked at the book for my Kindle, but decided not to buy it as I don't think the conclusion will be the same. The POV of the show and the book are different, and I'll stick with the show so as not to get confused.
I'm proud of you, Arielflies. I'm all about instant gratification. Kindle books are my only splurge these days.
Count your blessings!
I linked this article in an above psot before the show aired.Originally Posted by Wind Dancer;3710173;
Maybe the article will make more sense now that people have seen the show?
Also--Joseph Fiennes was on Jimmy Kimmel last night. I only caught the last part of the interview but fans of the show might want to look at the interview on youtube etc. It might have some clues in it for you.
Besides--Joseph Fiennes is fine.![]()
I thought the pilot was OK, but for me I didn't find myself caring about any of the characters so I'm finding it hard to continue watching. Then at the same time I don't want to stop watching as I feel this is one of those shows which will get amazing half-way through the season.
For years it was Ralph Fiennes that absolutely did it for me... but now? Oh yeah, bring on more Joseph FiennesOriginally Posted by Wind Dancer;3715506;

Personally I find these humane mouse traps rather ineffective. Better to lay down some glue and when you hear the critter scream you take a shovel to his head.
As much as I like this show, I'm not at all happy about the clue dropping, co-ordinating website, etc. Too much time, effort & involvement in a TV series.
The first few years of Lost I got wrapped up in all that stuff. Finding the numbers, analyzing slo-mo screencaps, websites with obscure clues, figuring out the whispers. It was interesting at the time, but I burnt out on it.
Now all I do is watch the show, and maybe read a few spoilers,& I've found I enjoy the show just as much without obsessing on it.
I plan to do the same with Flash Forward. I just don't want to spend the time or effort on the non-show details. The show is good enough as it is.

I am sooooooooo totally in love with this show...I can see it now...i will be as obsessed with this show as I am with LOST...its the only show since Lost that I just HAVE TO WATCH
SAVE THE WHALES..THE OCEANS DIE..WE DIE!!!
Okay, watching tonights episode confirms my suspicions that the guy in the doctors vision had something to do with it. I will post later so as not to spoil it for people who haven't watched.

There's something about him that seems off, isn't there?
I'm also extremely curious as to what their daughter saw.
