Well, first degree murder here. Not sure what the death penalty status is where TGW is supposed to be located. I'm thinking Chicago for some reason.

Well tonight it was pre-empted by the Survivor finale. Next Sunday it probably won't be on because it is Christmas. A week later it will be New Year's Day. Maybe it won't be on again until Jan. 8th? Seems like a long time for it to be off the air. Maybe they will throw us some repeats on Christmas and New Year's nights?

It is set in Chicago so Illinois. After the verdict was announced, the judge said something about sentencing in a week (I think) and in the lead up to the verdict, no one mentioned the death penalty so I don't think it was in play (the prosecution has to ask for it before the trial even starts).

Woo hoo! Can't wait for it to return. One of the best shows on TV. Especially since now I've finally got the hubby hooked on it too.
