I thought for sure that the wife killed the babysitter! Wrong again!!!

Gonna go back and watch this one again, for sure.

I need to watch it again too. I assume the investigator's testimony about Client 12 was about the judge played by Peter Reigert. It's going to be fascinating to see how the retrial plays out.

    Re: The Good Wife

I really liked this week's episode! First time I completely understood what was going on with Peter and why he was in jail! I loved Kalinda's testimony about the judge and can't wait to see how the trial plays out!

I also think there will be a great new dynamic with Peter living at home now. I imagine they will up the sexual tension with Alicia and Will. Alicia will probably spend more time working and Peter will not be happy with her being gone all the time. She did seem nervous but a little excited for him to be home.

I wonder how long this new trial will be and where they plan on taking the show if in fact Peter gets out of prison. Seems to me that if he runs for his seat again - he will want her to be the Good Wife again and I don't ever see her going back in that role.

Really, Peter seems to have completely forgotten that he broke her heart AND humiliated her publicly. He's only focused on the legalities, not on what he did did to his family. I certainly understand why he (and his mom) wants to be out of jail, but he has to be constantly reminded that that's not the ONLY problem... as does his mom.

It was about the judge, that is why Kalinda kept referring to Client #12, she was letting both the judge and Childs know that she knew the client list and all the sordid details - ergo the line of questioning being dropped and Chris Noth getting his retrial.
