    Ruby & the Rockits

    ABC Family is really cranking out the new series this summer!

    I'm particularly looking forward to this one because it stars none other than DAVID CASSIDY! I'm so glad he's back on something new - and looking good, if I don't say so myself.

    Any one heard any hype about this yet?

    This is the first I've heard of it but boy, does David Cassidy bring back memories. I was SO in love with him.

    Did you see who else is starring in the show?

    His brother Patrick Cassidy! I might even have a bigger crush on him. PLUS, Shaun Cassidy is producing the show... just in case those two weren't enough.

    I also saw (thanks to Harry Potter Weekend, im such the dork) that Alexa Vega is "Ruby". My daughter and I loved her in Sleepover.. I may check this out with the kid.

    Yes! I saw Alexa Vega in "Spy Kids" - she is adorable!

    I think she'll make a great foil for David Cassidy as his long-lost daughter. Bring on the singing!

    I had to go to IMDB to see if it was the same Alexa Vega from Spy kids. She looks totally different to me!

    Crushed on David myself, back in the day. Had a Partridge Family lunchbox too. Not sure that I'll watch the show on a regular basis. Not my kind of entertainment. Maybe if there's nothing else on, or maybe in between commercials.

    I didn't recognize her at first either, but I've gotta admit, I love her a blonde!
