Fair points... but like you said it is on at 8 pm. I think that's late enough to where they can show some more edgier material. Plus, despite the racier story lines, at the heart of it all is this family and this father that really cares for each other (thinking particularly of the fantastic Larry Miller as the dad here - who keeps me laughing every episode).
