I've only seen some ads for this new program. Does anyone know anything about it?
It's supposed to debut tonight, June 21.

It's on NBC and it seems to be the story of Merlin from the King Arthur days - but it makes Merlin and Arthur about the same age. For the purpose of the series it is late teens, I think. The show is a BBC import and looks to be good. It will last for 13 episodes and tonight (Sunday) there are two episodes airing back to back.
A good book should leave you... slightly exhausted at the end. You live several lives while reading it. ~William Styron, interview, Writers at Work, 1958
I'm looking forward to this and have the DVR ready because I'm so happy to have Anthony Head back on TV. I really loved him on Buffy. Plus, there's supposed to be a long preview for the new Harry Potter movie during the show![]()

i was pleasantly surprised by this show. really enjoyed it! top quality production. interesting twist on the old story.
I enjoyed it as well and am hoping that NBC keeps it going. John Hurt and the Narrator/Dragon was wonderful, of course. I also enjoyed seeing the clip from Harry Potter, even though it was obviously heavily edited and it makes me even more excited to see the movie than I already was![]()

I enjoyed both episodes. I'll definitely continue watching!
Thanks for the info!
I'm sorry I missed it.
Maybe NBC will re-run it on Saturday the way they often do the shows that air first on Sunday night.
NBC is good about running episodes online so check out their website.Originally Posted by steppemaster;3520590;

Ah, for just one time I would take the Northwest Passage.
I enjoyed it and will DVR it again. It's an interesting take on a familiar story.
Honestly, a couple of things really bothered me... they fight to the death, or until one knight concedes, in the tournament yet the one knight's only wounds were snake bites? He didn't get stabbed after he was paralyzed? And when the king said to the bad knight, "After the tourney, why don't you stick around? I could use a knight like you." Isn't that kind of like saying, "After you kill my son, I'll give you a job."? .... thanks Dad!![]()
