I don't really know who she is. I've read up on her and such, but I have no idea if this is a good casting or not? Anyone?

    ^ No idea, but
I was watching the Glee rerun from last week and Emma told win that conviction (or somesuch) can go a long way to making you a star, more than talent and then said she to look at John Stamos. Kind of funny considering that John Stamos is rumoured to be playing her new love interest.

She's a phenomenal singer, but I have no idea if she can act. I think she's about 18 years old which puts her at the right age for the show. I just want to see the look on Rachel's (Lea Michelle) face when she shows up and auditions for the club.

I've watched her YouTube clips, and she stole the show from Celine Dion when the two did a duet. The kid has some real pipes. She's done covers for Celine, Whitney Houston, etc. that rival or surpass the original performers. The first time I saw her on the net she was 13 years old (looked 11) and completely rocked the song "And I'm Telling You" from Dreamgirls.

    re: GLEE

Emmy nominations were announced this morning and Glee got nominated for Best Comedy series AND in every acting category!
Actor in a Comedy: Matthew Morrison
Actress in a Comedy: Lea Michelle
Supporting Actor in a comedy: Chris Colfer!
Supporting Actress in a Comedy: Jane Lynch
Guest Actor in a Comedy: Mike O'Malley AND Neil Patrick Harris
Guest Actress in a Comedy: Kristin Chenoweth

Chris Colfer is the big surprise in that list. I don't know that any of them will win, but I'd love to see the show win. The Emmys air August 29th.

Soo happy for Matthew Morrison and Lea Michelle. Sooooooooo happy for Chris Colfer!!

And I swear if Jane Lynch doesn't win, I think I might jump off a bridge, lol.

Ellen! I think, of all the noms, Jane has the best chance to win, although I thought the same thing with the Golden Globes and look what happened. I'm just happy the show got so much recognition.
