Castle is in syndication?? I only see it on it's regular spot - unless ABC reruns it on Sat nights. But always on ABC.

Yes it's in Syndication - they're showing it a lot on "TNT." In fact they're showing it a bit more than the Mentalist (also in that 5 year or more slot).

Kinda makes you wonder which one people really like more.

(I personally liked both but Mentalist is harder for me to catch on Sundays).

I'm extremely happy that it doesn't appear that Castle isn't going anywhere and that it's already been syndicated.....I want this show to last forever.

I've seen The Mentalist is all over the place (at least on my Canadian stations) and I'm surprised that it's not on the bubble.

Castle is on late Sunday nights after the news here. They started with the old original episodes. It's fun to see that even though the personal stories have changed, the characters have remained pretty much the same.
That's part of why I like this show. Except for the Castle/Beckett relationship, which has been handled great, they haven't changed the characters. If it aint broke, don't fix it.:)

The only major thing I've noticed is that it looks like Castle and his family moved from a house into this really nice apartment instead. Unless it's a penthouse that I didn't know about, I thought it was a bit odd.

But I totally agree with you on the above - the reason it has worked is whenever there is a new thing done with the growth of a character it's not jarring and fits with what needs to be done.

I think it's just a really nice penthouse, but I guess it could be a brownstone. Trying to recall if I've seen him entering. He could afford a multi story penthouse since he's so rich. That place he had in the Hamptons would be millions.

I've always thought it was a Penthouse.....

will finally hit Castle again a bit close to home that this isn't all fun and games and fall in love with Beckett.

I do think though that she'll be all right though - haven't read reports Molly Quinn is leaving - it's just going to be an interesting few weeks.
