This was yet another great episode. And yes, that was Francois Chau aka Dr. Pierre Chang, Dr. Marvin Candle, Dr. Edgar Halliwax on Lost.
The latest episode seemed to be back on track. Loved how Castle was able to get Beckett to quote a line from Ghostbusters and loved the scene where he was hoisting her up into the hidden compartment. Flirtatious and funny - just the way we like them.
Totally agree with everything you wrote. I also love the detectives, who only make the show better than it already is when they are featured. As for Richard, my criterion is that I'd love to be his friend if he were real. I'd enjoy playing in his poker games or having lunch with him and his family or his colleagues. His throw-away lines are funnier than a good many of the shows that are supposed to be comedies.Originally Posted by marybethp
I have to admit this was fun because of the whole Halloween them to it and how both beliefs were challenged and learned from. The teamwork and acting are very good.
That said, I do wonder if they've stopped doing the poker games completely because of Stephen Cannell's death. I noticed since that episode they mentioned his passing, they haven't had him discuss stuff with his fellow writers.
