Castle on ABC

I'll just leave it then. I really loved tonight's episode, which left Castle and Beckett hanging as much as it did the rest of us, and the supporting cast so aware of it all. Also loved the return of the poker game with Cannell, Patterson, and Connelly as well as the interplay between Castle and Alexis.

This is a perfect ensemble cast, much as the Mary Tyler Moore cast was in its time.

I love the scenes with the writers playing poker. I'm a huge fan of Michael Connelly, so it's fun to see him, along with Patterson and Cannell. Those scenes are a nice touch. I hope they keep it up.

Now I'm on to Angel and have already plowed through the first three seasons. I love watching episodes one after the other and these series are old enough that it feels new again....or maybe I just have a bad memory and can't remember everything that happened! :lol

Netflix made a deal with 20th Century Fox, which is why Buffy and all of Joss' shows are now available streaming. :up I plan on watching the Dollhouse episodes I missed as soon as I finish with Angel.

I happen to like Nathan with a little meat on his bones. Gives you something to hold onto :winkgrin

That sounds like a great way to spend a weekend. I'm glad to know that they have all of Joss's stuff. I missed most of the last season or two of Angel and parts of the last season of Buffy, so I'll have to go back and catch up after I finish watching Firefly.

I can't wait to catch this week's Castle. I got rid of my TV privider a few months ago, so I have to wait and watch it online.

I don't see Castle on the schedule for next week - 1 hr DWTS, followed by 2 hr Bachelorette, or the next week - another 2 hr Bachelorette

I thought the ending last night implied that was the season finale :shrug

Last night was the season finale. If you look at the posts after Florimel's, it was the Chuck finale that is two hours and next week. :up

Yes, it was my mistake as I was looking at the schedule for Chuck and thinking Castle. As Critical mentioned, I was living in Jaynestown. :blush So sorry for the error.

no problem - I was talking about The Good wife in a Law and Order thread at one point. PSW gets the Mentalist and Castle mixed up all the time :laugh

Pretty good cliff-hanger of an ending. The look on Becket's face was pretty poignant. I like the way they're stringing along the sexual tension.

I wonder if that episode was intended for a series finale if it didnt' get picked up and they shot the 'see you in the fall' if it did.
