Some spoilers for those of you who are having a hard time waiting until January.
You're welcome! :)
Click to see Spoiler:The return of James Brolin as Pop. There are so many great things they can do with that character. And I'm thrilled they'll be using Martha in that.
Winter stories have started up again. I liked this one, though I did feel at times it dragged a bit. There is ONE concern I have and that is in spoilers as it will mention a spoiler from tonight (and I don't know if anyone else here watched but me):
Click to see Spoiler:I am seriously hoping they are NOT setting us up for one of the main cast to be killed this season. You had Ryan and Esposito trapped in a three alarm fire in a basement, next week it looks like Castle may be shot ... again... etc.
Oh, and minor quibble - Ryan and Esposito would be having some breathing issues after being in that fire if they passed out from carbon monoxide/smoke inhalation. I felt the bit near the end in the ambulance was *just* this shade of unrealistic.
Ok maybe a tad unrealistic, but you know we wanted that pay off!
Yeah. I was bugged by how unrealistic the ending was, too. It was just sloppy. They could have given us the payoff and at least given the guys oxygen masks or something that acknowledged that they had just been passed out from smoke inhalation.
So happy to see Wendy Davis from Army Wives!
I wanted the white irish baby to be named Javier. :lol That was a cute bit.
Of course they didn't die and made it miraculously out just after the baby had its first cry. But I still found it touching.
me too - I'm a big baby anyway - and knew they'd both get out in the knick of time, but him on the phone saying good-bye to his wife had my in sniffles.
