I think that Tony's turn to the bad side is setting up next season. I think that if he becomes the bad guy next season, it would make things really interesting. I think I'd enjoy seeing Jack going up against a guy who had equal training to him -- with the two of the understanding and being able to read each other so well.

that was an epic show last nite. think i figured out how the rest of S7 will go...

I'm guessing Kim will go back and let Jack know about grandbaby Teri

Jack then will get the experimental treatment and will of course be better within the hour and him and Renee will go out and kill some badguys

Tony will make a reappearance toward the end of the season where Jack will then keep his promise

Here we go, the longest (sweeps) week is almost over. Still time to have a cougar chase Kim around the Rose Garden, LOL.

fox.com says Sutherland's contract is up next year. So I guess we don't know whether there will be any more "days".

If I'm not mistaken, he's already signed to do season 8 and after that who knows. I'd be ok with 8 being the last with Jack.

The finale was just ok for me. Tony has totally lost it. And Kim, I have to hold my head in shame because I actually enjoyed her last night.

Predictions for season 8:

Jack survives!
Renee did not torture the guy, he gets out, and the whole next season they try to find the conspiracy.
Olivia goes to jail.
Aaron retires, again.
Tony will still be alive and more valuable than ever with knowledge of the conspiracy.
Chloe gets a new job at the FBI.
Kim does not appear.

See you all in one year.

It's time for Jack to be served another pain sandwich...my money is on Kim dying in a complication as she saves Jack's life.

I think I remember reading that Kim will be back next season and maybe working in the new CTU which will be based in New York. I think the Kim part is still up in the air but CTU will be back.

Did we ever find out this sesason what went down between Martha Logan and Aaron?
