I still don't think Tony is bad---I think he is just so deep undercover no one knows. I mean, they are bringing back Chloe and CTU, right? What better way than to have them already secretly in operation? And I think Janene Garofolo is the mole.

I agree, and I hope so because I can't stand her. And she's a lousy actress! (And given her extreme political views, from what I recall, I can't imagine her accepting a role within the FBI unless it *were* something like a mole. But wait, wouldn't that be for the bad guys?)

Jack better cut loose from the FBI soon. If he has to hold back on interrogation techniques, the show just won't be the same! I hope 24 hasn't jumped the shark by going PC!

According to imdb, Chloe is definitely in this season, I just have no idea when or how she appears. But, yes... I can't wait for her to return, either.

And randomly, I miss Bill Buchanan. He was my favorite CTU director by a long shot.
