Fringe on FOX

Debuts tonite on FOX 8 PM EST.

I've seen it already. I think it has great potential, took *me* a couple of times watching it to really love it. Set your TIVO/DVR's

[[You will think your watching lost in the beginning sequence, even down to the music...Show will be slow throughout but the ending will grab you ]]

I'm definitely getting an X-Files vibe from this

Re: Fringe on FOX

If you're wondering who Dr. Bishop is, that's John Noble. He played Denethor in LOTR: Two Towers and Return of the King. Denethor was the character who, in ROTK, wanted to burn himself and his son because he was convinced that his son was dead.

Re: Fringe on FOX

Another bit of trivia. The last outdoor scene was filmed at the University of Toronto...

Re: Fringe on FOX

And for those who are LOST fans, like me, the black guy who wanted Olivia to take some other job played Matthew Abbadon in the last 3 episodes of Season 4

Re: Fringe on FOX

I thought it was okay but it didn't reel me in. I actually fell asleep near the end. Right now I can't see this becoming must see tv for me like Lost or Grey's Anatomy. I'll give it one more shot and then make up my mind.

Re: Fringe on FOX

Let me preface this that I am not into sci-fi stuff / xfile type of shows... But I really got into it and enjoyed it. I look forward to the series developing more.

Re: Fringe on FOX

I'm willing to give it a chance. I didn't warm up to X-Files right away. We shall see.
