the vibe i got from the sister is that she was going to "go out for a pack of cigarettes" and not come back.

    i liked the episode.

i need to go back and watch some previous episodes because i didn't even realize that the Mitch guy was an FBI agent and worked there.

and what the heck ever happened with that creepy old prison time traveler guy?

I don't think they ever showed the Mitch guy before or the sister for that matter. I did like how they basically did a recap at the beginning of the show without saying it was a recap.

That prisoner time-traveler guy was confusing me, I think he's an on-going story line.

The Mitch guy was the one that Walter saved in the lab. I think it was something about his heart. He almost dies. At the end of the episode it shows Mitch and his wife talking about how they got into the lab and have info now.

Mitch was also the guy that helped that guy time travel out of the prison.

I think Mitch inoculated Olivia from the cold virus via the spinal tap.

I don't think it's that her acting is so bad, per se, but that she is trying to cover her Australian accent.

funny you mentioned this...because when i was watching the episode i kept saying "why is she talking like that?" (she sounded to me like she was trying to enunciate all her words and had some cotton balls in her mouth...)

then i was like "oh.. she has some kind of accent" (first time i noticed this...)

    didn't know she was australian.

House does it pretty well. I always forget that he is British.

Slightly off topic, but I always find it fascinating how foreign singers (to me) seem to lose their accents when singing.

The guy who plays the lead in "Life on Mars" has a very sexy Irish accent in real life. I can't think of his name right now, but I'm always surprised when I find out that these actors are covering their own accents for a show. I'm not sure I could do that.

That's like for the life of me.. I did not know until recently that Christian Bale had an accent. I know, how silly of me.

On the Fringe front, I'm still not feeling Olivia. But there are moments where she is starting to grow on me.
