So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.

I thought that's who it was too! I wondered if it wasn't a dream like when Sookie dreamed about Bill early in the first season. If it's not thenOriginally Posted by Mike'sgirl;3614414;

Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.' - Isaac Asimov
I was thinking of the immortal words of Socrates, who said, "... I drank what?"
I was never a big fan of the Fellowship of the Sun stuff in the books and fast forwarded through that stuff in season 1. I'm more into all the other story lines.Originally Posted by waywyrd;3604832;
If they have decided to bring in Lorena (Bill's maker) earlier in the HBO series then in the books, then perhaps we will be seeing some romance with Sookie that does not include Bill......

I also hope they make this season the last with FoTS. I disliked them in the book, but I understand it is a major part of that second book, so hopefully Alan will cover it, and be done with them this season.

I saw the FoTS as a plot devise in the book. I hope it doesn't stay prevalent in the series that might impact if I buy season 2. But if Arlene is still going the door is still open.
If they get to book seven, the FoTS will be back.Originally Posted by Mike'sgirl;3615157;
Really though, book two is when we see it the most. I'm with everyone else: I'm over that storyline, although I think it will figure into the finale in a major way.

BTW, ewww to the Lorena and Bill past s*x scene in the sheets covered in blood.![]()
Bill was shown to have some naughty vampire blood lust back in the day. tsk tsk tsk
You can always count on a murderer for a fancy prose style. ~Humbert
I just could not beleive that was Bill back in 1926 until the female vamp called him by name! He was so evil. Now he is being forced not to help Sookie who was set up by his Maker. And poor Sam--this cant be the end of one of the nicest guys in Bon Temps! I knew that girl was really a pig and no good for him. He should have Hoyt's mom looking out for him. Hope Sam gets saved from Mary Ann.
Oh my word, I am wondering what showing this about Bill and Lorena's past means for the current events. I have to say that I was more disgusted by the scene of Bill and Lorena than I was at the scene of Eric ripping the guy apart. The guy he ripped apart was at least a threat to vampires, the couple in Bill and Lorena's past was just for "fun."
