| Re: True Blood (HBO) I really enjoyed last nights show - but not sure if that is because I have read the book and know what to expect. Even knowing... I still felt the suspense, but was just more relaxed. Jason fits his part perfectly, and I hope that the show will be able to last long enough for them to show more character info found in later books. Have no idea whether the show is doing well or not. This is IMO one of the best book adaptations I have seen - props to Alan Ball!

| Re: True Blood (HBO) Did anyone catch the headlines on the trash magazine on the coffee table when Sookie's friend came home near the beginning of the episode (sorry, I don't remember all the characters names yet)? It said "Angelina adopts Vampire baby" .

| Re: True Blood (HBO) I didn't come in on this show until the second episode. Now I've got to keep a keen eye out for episode 1. Don't they usually do mini-marathons (about 3 episodes in) on shows like this? Now it's kind of got my curiosity up. Watching episode 2 was a struggle, trying to "get" the characters names and where/how they fit in.
