I agree with you 100 %. The first season, Tara and Lafyette were two of my favourite characters.

What a great episode!! I'm happy I was home to see it.

The end scene had me clapping for Sookie. This will be interesting.

It was a great episode. Lots of laughs and a few surprises. It'll be interesting to see how the Eric/Lafayette story line develops.

Re: True Blood (HBO)

I thought this episode was pretty good. Glad to see that things are progressing in the plot and they are finally in Dallas. A little cranky about the changes made to the TX vampires but oh well...learning to live with the changes and keeping the idea in mind that Charlaine likes the changes being made to her story. Each episode I am liking Jessica even more. I loved the end of the episode. I can't wait to see the interactions with Barry (think that's what she called him, I know that's his name in the books) and Sookie.

I was happy to see that Barry was introduced too - I wasn't sure if he would get thrown out like Bubba. I really enjoy Jessica tonight, such a teen attitude! Loved how she got the guy to turn over his cell phone, probably ran off to call Hoyt.

Was happy to see that Lafayette won't lose his leg, loved his enthusiastic dancing after Eric healed him. ( Always happy to see ERIC! ) sigh

Re: True Blood (HBO)

Barry is exactly how I pictured him from the books.

I didn't want this episode to end - I was rolling when they showed the Lafayette Happy Dance at the end after he drank from Eric. And I'm glad Tara got her birthday booty with Eggs, but that MaryAnn creeps me out with the vibrating thing. And what's up with the new waitress and Sam? Is she a shifter like him?

Re: True Blood (HBO)

I'm not sure what I thought about last night's show, as it seems to have gone to the super-silly side. I will be watching it again to try to get a better grip. It does crack me up to see Andy doing his epileptic dancing, though.

In the book the vampires fed on her and the doctor healed her too...
