| WakkaDakka, Fear Factor is returning later this year - not to worry, your fav is coming back! My guilty pleasure would be: Buffy Bachelor/ette All workout infomercials & the one for the Magic Bullet - I sit mesmerized by the TV screen... it's so bad that I"ll be flipping the channel and immediately stop and stare at the show until Mr. Mel asks me why we're watching people work out on crappy machines...

I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey! ("Buffy vs. Dracula") |

| Oh, that magic bullet infomercial is great. I love that they try to sell you on how great the cup attachment is with the different coloured lips for parties, yet completely skirt over the fact that you're stumped if there are more than four people at the party. I also like the Food saver ones with that Jan guy and the Ron Popeil ones (set it and forget it). | |

| Mine are American Idol, So you think you can Dance, The Bachelor(ette) [I keep telling myself I won't watch the next one... and then I do anyway] and newly added to the list is Veronica Mars (actually surprizingly good show... but since I get strange looks when I mention it is one of my favorites... it counts) |

| I caught my husband watching Saved By The Bell the other day but I don't think he watches it regularly. He's a chronic channel flipper and I think he settled on it for a while. ![]() I used to watch Girls Next Door but it conflicted with other shows and I always forgot to tape the later viewings. I never did get into the WB shows but only because of schedule conflicts. I do like Supernatural and hate that it's on Thursdays when other good stuff is on. My guilty pleasures, although I don't seek them out and only watch when I luck up during my own chronic channel flipping, are shows on VH1 and MTV about blind dates and such. Oh, and lately catching some Little House on the Prairie reruns on the Hallmark Channel. I wish I could find The Facts of Life, especially the early seasons. The first season had practically the whole female cast of The Mickey Mouse Club 2, which I would also watch if it was in reruns. |

| Currently, my most guilty pleasures in TV watching are: Flavor of Love (1 and, now, 2) on VH-1 America's Next Top Model (formerly on UPN, but now coming to the CW this season) The Tyra Show (her talk show, when I can catch it) One new show that could possibly become a guilty pleasure for me is "Fashion House", that started airing on MyNetworkTV last week. Yeah, the plots/storylines are predictable, and the "acting" is...whatever..., and such. But, in my opinion, "Fashion House" is another one of those "so bad that it's good", trashy soaps that I've missed from nighttime TV for several decades...hee. And, Morgan Fairchild is in it, too? Watching her in "Flamingo Road" back in the 1980's was a hoot! To me, she is one of the queens of this kind of genre... ...Cat |
