Hm... Cally and Elosha still qualify for suspicion, though.

Gaeta might be a good candidate, but for two things: first; it was laid too thick when he was singing, second; he was in the fleet when D'eanna said that only 4 where in the fleet.

I think it's Zarek. He was in another influential position in society as head of the prisoners, and he continues to hold a unique position as the guy who leaked Lee info yet still holds political sway. I don't know how that translated to the prison ship surviving the initial attack, but I think he's a good candidate.

Was the prison ship in the first season? It's been so long I can't remember.

I don't know how anyone dead ( Zak, Cally, Elosha, Billy,ect.. ) could be #5 as they are said to be 1 of a kind--so no new bodies to download in. plus the regular cylons ( raiders, centurians and 1-4 ) can't download a certain distance from their homeworld or resurection ships but # 5 can download all the way to earth?

Not even the cylons know that for sure. Also remember that Elosha died on Kobol, there could have been bodies there.
