| Re: LOST - Season Four Miles found a stack of money and drugs in the boy's room. He took the money but left the drugs in the hiding place. He then repaid the grandmother half of what he had charged her (but kept all of the money from the hiding place). When Miles had first arrived, he had charged her twice his quoted rate because of the "risk" of this case or something like that, so it was nice that he didn't gouge her after he had a windfall from finding the drug money. I think they specifically showed that Miles left the drugs (but took the money) to show that he was a little shady, but not a complete scumbag as he wanted nothing to do with the drugs and he showed kindness to the grandmother that he would not have needed. The red-headed woman is the big mystery to me. She was born on the island and some people are speculating that she is "Annie" the young girl who was friends with young Ben. But wouldn't Ben have known that? He seemed to know all about all of the people who were coming to the island. He would have known, and wouldn't she have recognized Ben too. I think she's actually too young to have been Annie, but maybe her younger sister who was the last person born on the island before the pregnancy curse took over, and her parents left, taking Red and Annie with them.

| Re: LOST - Season Four Okay, thanks LG, for the recap. I remember now how as soon as he found what was hidden, he couldn't get out of that house fast enough. So that's why I think this was just some random grandmother and not at all about Walt and his grandmother. I guess this was just his introductory storyline for us to see what kind of stuff he was doing in his life before he got onto the ship. Kind of like Farraday's storyline about his teaching and his time-travel formula and that whole someone has to be one's "constant" stuff that was part of Desmond's and his flashback/flashforward. As far as the redhead's storyline....I agree that she seems too young to be Ben's Annie. I guess it could be possible that she is Annie's sister but then that opens up more questions as to how she got off the island. Didn't Annie die on the island? I swear I should take notes when I watch this show! ![]() |

| Re: LOST - Season Four I hope to see more Walt in future seasons. I am still waiting to learn what his abilities are and the purpose of them. What happened to his dog?

| Re: LOST - Season Four I'm really glad to see the last of Michael, but I do look forward to seeing more of Walt. If we do, I'd anticipate that it would be future Walt, which would account for the actor's growth spurt. We may see more of Vincent, too. That dog does seems to turn up unexpectedly from time to time.

![]() But, I don't see the logic very well. I agree that Jack is on a guilt trip and following Locke/Lathum's visit to Jack, he is obsessed with getting back to the island. But, Sun would have more reason to blame her father and Ben for Jin's death, if retribution was the motive. | |

| Re: LOST - Season Four Okay. I couldn't find a response to my post a few pages back but in the scene after Ben moved the island, when John went out to the pit to greet "the others", am I the only one who thought they saw a dead Nikki and Paulo roaming around in the pit? I also thought I saw the back of Charlie's head. Anyone else have a speculation on this?

| Re: LOST - Season Four Apparently you were the only one who saw it, nilesgirl! I looked for an answer to your query also, but I hadn't paid much attention to the milling masses. That would certainly be quite something, if Locke is leading a bunch of zombies.... or people that almost died but were saved? N&P got out of the pit? Charlie didn't drown? I can see why N&P might not want to go back to the rest of the survivors, but why would Charlie not go looking for Claire and Aaron? If he's really alive that is, and not some kind of zombie... |

| Re: LOST - Season Four I know, but Sun is not a stupid woman. She knows that if the helicopter would've gone back down to try to get Jin, they all would've died, including Aaron and her own baby that hasn't been born yet. She also knows that Jin stayed longer--even after Michael told him to leave--so he could help. Desmond told them that, didn't he? So while her heart may hurt, her head knows that Jin did what he felt he had to do. I think that the rational side of Sun--and I do believe she has all her faculties in tact--knows that Jack didn't cause his death. Ultimately it was Ben, who didn't care that Keamy dying would mean everyone on the freighter would die. Or Widmore, for putting them in that situation. I also think that when Jack said that Sun blamed him, that's just Jack being overwrought with guilt about EVERYTHING, regardless of how anyone actually feels. I don't doubt that Sun was angry with Jack, but I don't think he's the other one she holds accountable for Jin's death (IF he's dead. If he's stranded on the island still, he may as well be dead since there's a good chance he won't make it off the island...) |

| Re: LOST - Season Four If Sawyer can swim back to the island, maybe Jin made it back, too. But if he had, we would've seen Sawyer and Juliet with him right before Ben made the island move. I don't want to believe he's dead.
