My main beef is that in T1 Sarah survived Skynet's awakening and helped organize the resistence. According to Cameron, Sarah died already before Skynet was made aware. Therefore the writers are also messing with the T2 timeline.

Re: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

what is annoying me about this show are the attempts at humor coming from the Sara character also the corny narration

and her 'glares' at John don't look motherly

Re: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

hmm,

i actually enjoyed last nites episode alot more than the others.

i liked how it ended where John brought what's his face (ex-fiance paramedic) to help 90210 guy

it never crossed my mind that the "medic just down the street" would be him

that was good writing.

ETA:

does anyone think that the girl John was talking to at the makeshift memorial was another "good" Terminator?

she had the same type of dialogue as his current bodyguard

Do you mean the one that told him to leave her alone? I could be confused.

I love that the guy from the future is Kyles brother. I hope he stays in the show. Too bad we can't bring back Kyle....I would love to see Michael Biehn.

I guess that's the week's cliffhanger, whether the uncle survives...

Re: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

Only problem is the previews for next week totally gave it away.

Ok, I admit it I've given it a try and the story's got me hooked. New Sarah still bugs me but just the mention of Kyle Reese has me squeeling like a teenager.

Also for Bearcata - in the T3 movie Sarah was already dead and that was before Skynet becomes aware.

Re: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

I liked the finale, but did it seem to anyone else like they squeezed in more than two episodes' worth of material? It was very fast-paced. Also, as macabre as it sounds, the scene with the swat team being flung into the pool was really cool--very cinematic for a Fox show.

Loved that scene. The pool just kept getting filled up with the bodies, I kept waiting for the FBI guy to fall in too. Cool shot. Sarah's voiceover was very fitting too, talking about lost innocence.
