Oh the "new band" CSI: Miami had spurted out, I only remember Caruso. Then again, he had the most screen-time in that one crossover episode I do believe. In any event, I liked the character; let's hope this one fares well.

Last night's episode wasn't all that great. Horatio wouldn't be allowed to be all around the bomb squad. I don't care if he used to be on it, he wouldn't be able to walk into the woman's house!

I sorta liked the "Golden Parachute", but after awhile, it became predictable...

Hmmm, I'm trying to start watching CSI - Do you guys think this spin off is worth a look too?

Fluff, my opinion is no -- unless you are really bored on Monday night!

The storylines are fine, but the characters are cheesey! Try the REAL CSI first, and then try to move into this one if you are compelled (just my advice though)

I would say this pales in comparison to the other CSI. Unless you're really into the Miami backdrop or really love David Caruso (one of the 3 people in the world), give the original a shot first.

I watched the first two. Taped the third, but didn't watch it yet. I doubt I'll even bother taping it tonight. I wish I liked it!

I wish I liked it too. It would be great to have that awesome show on twice a week.

But I sit there finding myself thinking these dorks are trying to act like the real CSI people and I hate them for it.

Especially the coroner on Miami - she is TERRIBLE!

Ok, I ended up watching the first 10 minutes last night, but when this exchange took place, I had to turn it off, my schmaltz alarm was beeping.

"Why do you kill a guy who's running away?"
"I don't know, but the evidence, as always, will speak for itself."

    Sigh...Such a good premise wasted.
