The tickets are free, although you definitely have to be on tvtickets.com at the right time... if I get to do it, I'll let you all know! I've wanted to see a sitcom taping since I was 13 (half my life, yikes), and now that I'm finally old enough and there's a show I love... it's a goal.

I saw Conan O'Brien tape once here in NYC, and that was really fun, too.

A minor traffic infraction lands Sheldon in court in the March 1 episode of The Big Bang Theory, but it’s what Jim Parsons calls his “lack of delicacy with the English language” that prompts the judge to throw him in the pokey (thus causing him to miss meeting his idol, comic-book legend Stan Lee.)

“He gets pushed to his limits and gets cross with the judge,” Parsons explains. “The phrase ‘catching more flies with sugar than with vinegar’ makes no sense to him. The truth is really all that matters.”

His stint in jail is cut short when the supernerd “realizes he doesn’t [have] a private bathroom, at which point he’s ready to apologize,” reveals exec producer Chuck Lorre with a laugh. “He’s not willing to urinate in front of other felons. His self-righteousness dissipates as soon as he realizes he’s not going to get special treatment.”

And through a twist of fate, Sheldon ends up meeting Lee anyway. “He misses the [autograph] session Stan was doing at the comic book store, but he meets him at the end of the episode,” says Lorre. “It doesn’t go well, but he does meet him.”

Jim Parsons is in a Stand Up to Cancer video that is HYSTERICAL. It can be found on YouTube as "Up2 You + Me" Featuring Jim Parsons and says "In this hilarious new call-to-action video, Jim Parsons plays 30 characters, showing how it's "Up2" all of them and each and every one of us to help end cancer"

I could go through all thirty as my favorite, but I especially loved the girl in the half shirt and muffin top and the out of tune singing guy. There seem to be a few "Sheldon" spottings with the guy who idolizes Capt Kirk and tell me he's not Sheldon when he's sitting on the couch as the germaphobe And a warning: there is 'guy in a bananahammock' and his face is hysterical.

Had to do some shopping today at that big chain store the guy named Sam got started. As I passed by the greeting cards, I saw this shirt in the mens section and knew I just had to buy one for my daughter who watches BBT with me every Monday.

Might even ask her to run around the house yelling "Zoom! Zoom!" when she wears it!

    Re: Big Bang Theory

I just started watching...how did I miss it before? This show is awesome. I have to say, though, I was confused as hell initially because the first show I watched Sara Gilbert was on and I was like, "What??? Darlene & David are back together?"
