Maybe, but my cousins are not Chasadim and they do wear sheitels or other head covers. They dress in a fairly modern fashion but in more modest clothing in terms of not showing much skin. There are even bridal shops that cater to Orthodox women ... no off-shoulder gowns, no low necklines or cleavage, etc. All my cousins bought their gowns there.
