I finally watched the tornado episode and reaffirmed how much I can't stand Susan. I know there are Lynette haters, but Susan is at the top of my list. She's just beyond ridiculous, especially with sabatoging Bree's dinner party because Susan likes being waited on hand and foot. It's always about her.

I kept thinking Mrs. McCluskey was going to let Lynette have it over Ida's death but she never did. When Mrs. McCluskey was telling her about Ida's baseball days, Lynette said "why did I not know this?" and I kept hoping Mrs. M was going to tell her "Because you NEVER tried to get to know her!" Lynette is also a character where it's all about her. With Edie you expect it so it doesn't bother me.

I'm sure the piece of paper with the offshore account number will be found but by who is anyone's guess. It won't be as easy as Gabby finding it though.

I can't wait to find out what was on the paper under the bed. The way the new husband said what he found out was interesting. He said "you always made it sound like what happened was your husband's fault but it was really yours". That's not a note saying "your mother killed your father" and definitely has some dirty little secret that was enough to make the new husband leave out of disgust and the daughter show an expression of disbelief. Maybe it was something alluding to the fact that the daughter really isn't their daughter but a replacement for the daughter who died (as some of us have suspected).

Did anyone read Ausiello's report that Marc Cherry might [[ kill off one of Lynette's children? He thinks a story where a mother loses a child could be very powerful. I don't know if he'll go through with it once the strike is over but I'd hate to see a story like that. Especially if it's the sweet child (Parker?). The one who came over to help pack up Ida's things. ]].

Regarding the spoiler, I really hope Cherry doesn't go in that direction.

Yeah, that would be too much even for them. You can't go in directions where it's impossible to bring some kind of funny to them. The show is a spoof at heart.

I too read that spoiler and that would be beyond tacky and disgusting. This show is considered a "comedy" and there is no comedy in [[losing a child.]] They'd lose my viewership in protest.

I haven't watched this season at all. It just turned bad for me. If that turns out to be true, it is worse than I thought.

This season has been very good. You should catch up while they are showing the repeats.

As for [[Lynette possibly losing a child, didn't she fake one of them having cancer a while back just to get into a class at a gym? Karma is a bad thing.]]
