Well, it is illegal not that it would stop a tv show from doing whatever they want. But, I think he got it off of dead paparazzi guy's computer or digital files. They do tend to investigate trying to find out how and why he was killed, so that would be legal.

I'm sure it would be illegal. And I doubt he would (did) get a warrant (if that's how he got the pictures). Doesn't mean he couldn't have done it anyways.

I think Josef is smart enough to have a team of cleaners go to the papparazzi's apartment and get all his computers and cameras. I mean that is a rather obvious move to make.

I agree, you would think Josef would think of that and do a nice cleanup; but this is TV show and if they wanted to get that info to new ADA for storyline purpose - then this would be a logical, legal progression. For some reason, they want new guy to either find out and be OK with the news, or it will be his demise.

Well, that's depressing...and he plays such intelligent people on screen. So, Beth, stepping up to murder. And keeping secrets already...not a good sign.

Ahh, but it has kept him out of the usual drugs, alcohol, etc.... that seems prevalent amongst the young Hollywood crowd. I try to stay open minded & respect moral/cultural & religious beliefs however different from mine, and he is such a sweetie - what's not to love?

Well, the good thing is that CBS will have their upfront guide for advertisers out next week (May 14th to be exact). We should have a good indication whether or not Moonlight will be with us next season.

At least we get a new episode tonight to occupy ourselves! YAY!
