I could live without Violet on this show.
Now that Pete is gone it would be nice if she just faded away.
I don't have a problem with Violet.

This is the final season... Link Here.
Personally I find these humane mouse traps rather ineffective. Better to lay down some glue and when you hear the critter scream you take a shovel to his head.
Classy way to announce the end and not keep people guessing if "this is it". I hate to see it go; I totally enjoyed it, and will hang onto every word, until the end.

Can someone help me with last night's episode? What did Violet mean at the end when she said the little girl would not be walking back into the door? IMO that scene made no sense. How would Violet know the little girl would not be walking back into the door unless the police would have discovered her body. And if the police had discovered the little girl's body, then they would have gone to parents and told them. They wouldn't tell Violet AND if Violet had just found out they found the body and gone to the parents, then her first words to them would not have been that they must go home, it would have been, I have some news for you. Maybe I missed something.
Why do they insist on making me angry at Cooper? Why couldn't he just let the rules and policies that everyone else follows apply to his patients? His interference, likely set in motion the events that led to the little girl disappearing. AND then he has the nerve to call Violet, who has the worse record of any mental health professional in town.....PLEASE. I agreed with what Violet told the parents, but she never really addressed the repeated broken bones the child had sustained.
Addison.....make your comment and move on. Stop being a know-it-all.
Jake. I like him. I admire his dedication to his patients.
Sheldon. If you are going to treat the guy with sexual urges for young girls, then just use a little tact. You mean you can't muster up normal face to discharge your client without revealing all of your inner fear that he could actually harm a child? So unecessary.
Amelia, all you had to say when the guy asked you out for drinks was, No thank you. Enough.
I never did understand why Sam's nurse girlfriend had her panties in such a wad. What was that all about? Sam, be glad you avoided that trip to crazy town.
Sam seemed bored to tears when the girl was breaking up with him. I thought it was going to doze off. lol
Charlotte: I predict she will lose her job after this child disappearing. She lets her friends get away with murder. Isn't there someone she has to listen to?
I liked the new E.R. doctor, however, I would be a little alarmed if my new doctor was dying to get a drink first thing in the morning. Hmmm.......but, nevermind. He was very competent, handsome, ethical, uh oh,....he won't last long.
I agree with everything but this. He was working third shift, so to him morning is his afternoon.
I'm just not sure why they would bring in a new doctor when the series is ending this season. I don't know. I like him and he seems very competent, but we are going to get to know/like him only to have the finale be here

People who only are familiar with "9-5"-type work hours are not familiar with shift work, especially when they work in stressful, crucial jobs like hospitals, police forces, EMS and are single individuals (or not). It's commonplace for them to hit the bar when they get off....and they generally have a communal watering hole where they all gather. It's a bonding and stress-relief thing. When they get older and more committed at home, they do it less and less.
And, Debb, I think you know just as much as everyone else who watched last night; it's a kind of cliffhanger until next week!
Sam's girlfriend was offended because he had not been fully candid with her about his relationship with Addison, and that he was on the rebound. Rebound relationships are a pointless endeavor; he's got a lot to work through before he is ready for his next commitment. She was all into him, and he wasn't at any kind of point where he was going to be all into her, except sexually....as in "using her".
Sheldon is wrestling with his need to be politically/professionally correct with the man who wants to molest little girls, and what he really feels. The fact that he went to see what was going on with the man when he found out that the little girl was missing told that story, for me. He was horribly afraid that his worst fears had materialized. He needs to refer the deviant to another doctor, not that I can see how that will be possible. The guy is a walking timebomb, probably until he, understandably, kills himself or attacks a child?

Oh, I knew it was first thing in the morning, but I didn't think anyone would drink alcohol then. I worked swing shifts, including night shift, for 6 years, a long time ago. (Police dispatch.) When I got off work in the morning, I was dog tired. I also wasn't much of a drinker. I headed straight for bed. Maybe the group I worked with was different or if they did their drinking, it was at home.
The new guy is a mystery. I like him though.
I guess to some that work night shift they need to wind down like we do after a 9-5 job. We go home, watch tv, hang out with friends, maybe have a drink. I think it was more of him wanting to spend time with Amelia rather than wanting to drink. Kind of like he was hitting on her using drinks as the cover up
